boater safety course ?
if you have been through the course do you think an 11 year old could take it? i set my boat up to troll and my boy likes to drive, but i want to be legal. i did not think he needed it since he would not be by himself, but after reading the water patrol website i see i was wrong.

Thanks Speck, thats prob. what we will do. It cost $20.00 to do it online and you don't pay until you pass, so I would have your 11 year old try it out and see how he does, when you pass it cost another $15.00 for the card.

I took it on line and got my card. I think an 11 year old could do it easily if he was interested in it. Take the course with him and both of you get your cards. Who knows you just might pick up something you didn't know, I did.

There is a lot of people on the water that badly need to take the course. I thing they need to learn is that full throttle is not the only speed.
