The fishing is always great. The catching varies.
Dont know Mike, never had a problem
i got the same thing when a post a new thread and did a viris scan and it found nothing
I'm not a computer guru but the line "Got to my home page instead" really make it sound fishy (sorry but I had to do that). I hate getting those popups. You play heck with them from wanting to run error checks and closing them out. I haven't had a problem on CDC either.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Just to let you know I just got the same message. My Microsoft Essentials popped up and cleaned it. I check the problem and it is a Trojan redirector type hazard. I think most virus scans will clean this off your computer.

May all your live wells be full.Dave
not sure what browser u all are runnin.....but wif firefox & mozilla, they have a glitch in there browser that pops this up alot more on alot more sites.
BS on the firefox story.
If you try running Malwarebytes, or try SuperAntiSpyWarre, you just might find that these will handle the situation.
These things usually happen when someone comes on the site that either has a virus, or is loaded with malware, etc. The site has a "record" of their visit, but your antivirus, etc sees this and goes ape**** thinking you've been infected.......WRONG
As to the chicken little story about firefox, it's just that. I have been using Firefox for years and there arer no problems with it. AND IT ISN"T THE CAUSE OF this situation.
