HAVE BEEN SHUT OFF IN SPRINGFIELD MO. DUE TO A SUPREME COURT RULEING YESTERDAY,,,,THEY MESSED UP AND GAVE A RED LIGHT TICKET TO A RETIRED MO.HWY.P TROLL PERSON,,,,,HE CHALLANGED IT AND WON TOOK IT ALL THE WAY TO THE MO.SUPREME COURT,,THAY FOUND IN HIS FAVOR THAT THE CITY WAS WRONG IN WAY THE APPEAL PART WAS SET UP
NOW THERE IS A CLASS ACTION SUIT TO REFUND ALL TICKET FINES AS THE LIGHTS WERE SET AS A TRAP,(IF U PULLED UP AND STOPPED AND THEN TURNED RIGHT AS THE LAW ALLOWS U GOT A TICKET FOR RUNNING A RED),,,,,WWW.KY3 DID HAVE THE STORY

yep,,they also had the yellow timed too fast,,most are at 4.5 to 5 sec on till change these were timed at 3.5 sec....jerks

till they send back a picture of a jail cell..just saying
That deal in Springfield was just a loophole ,like stated above.It was a problem with which office was handleing the appeals and paperwork,bet your bottom dollar they come back on as soon as the lawyers straighten it all out.

I never got a ticket, but saw the strobes flash on plenty of drivers that ran them just in front of me. Seems people out there are always in a terrible hurry and it sure is great to be back in Mo. where the pace is a lot slower
