DANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That looks like a great time.
Now that I can post some pics again. Here is some fish I caught a week or so ago at a friends pit. They had caught some monster crappie and through them back. They did not know what they were catching at the time. One that I seen a picture of had to be close to 3 lbs. So minnow bucket in hand I head for his dock. Only caught 1 crappie at just under 15". Could not keep the bass off my line long enough to catch a crappie. I think they were feeding up to spawn. Will try later when the bass are not biteing so good. Lots of 3lb to 8lb bass in there. Sure was fun on little crappie rod.
DANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That looks like a great time.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'
Nice fish Jigging! Looks like a great place to fish. Either thats a Big fish, or you wear a size 6. j/k
I just KNOW it was a big one!!!
Mike
Jigging was all that tape on your pole before you got there or after you caught that Monster BASS?
DID YOU SEE THAT IT HAD TA BE A STATE RECORD!!!
Man O man, that looks like a good time. Can't wait for the fish to start picking up on Truman. I need some food; plus I good pull on my line!

It was a blast. Caught 15 to 20 bass both days. First picture was the biggest from the first day and the one with me in it was from the last time I went out. Fish pictures can be so deceiving and I did not have a tape or a scale so just put the fish by my boot. Size 11 1/2. Need to get back out there again.
Sounds like a fun place to wet a line........hope you can get into the thumper crappie.

Pitching jigs, catching slabs, life is good
Yeah, wish I had a friend with pits that didn't know what a crappie looked like!!
I remember those huge Peabody strip mine machines in Henry county from when Grandpa would take me for drives in the country.
