    Default Truman 03-15-09

Well we decided to go out of Bucksaw this morning and well it was tough! I ended up with 9 and my buddy ended up with 4. Got them all on Black/charteuse fishin cedars. I couldn't get a bite on hardwoods. Water temp was about 49. Man I can't wait a couple weeks and things are going to be crazy!!!!

At least you got out and got a few. The DR. said it was a slow morning for him. Got my boat ready today for the upcoming action this week after these warm days.

I really dont mind fishing murky water, but the down side to it is the water level raising and the fish beomcing scattered. Hopefully the weather stays decent and they go shallow with in the next couple weeks.

Dave if you go down next week let me know. I have been trying to get down there for a month. I have a fishfinder for Jamie I will let you deliver. Maybe a week or two before I can get down there to get it to him. Does not sound like he needs it the way he has been smacking the slabs in shallow water. But I am sure he would like to get it hooked up. Let me know.

I might be hitting you up next week. If the weather hold I plan on taking a couple days off and just do nothing but fish!
