    Some of both. Don't think the dock was necessary. Just need the brush in the right depth.

    Figured I'd share a group photo of a few caught around the docks of the 1 mm of main channel on Sunday. All hanging close to brush or other submerged cover in about 18' to 20' of water. Range was about 10" - 13", although there were many that were returned to the lake for another day.



    BTW, mostly blue/white Slabbusters, sometimes with a platinum nibble.

    I was there Saturday as well.
    White / Silver hair jig under a bobber set 1-3ft.
    Some were near brush, others were caught roaming.
    Various depths. We were on the Gravois.

    Caught the biggest Black Crappie I ever landed. 1lb 7oz.

    Also hit a few docks with brush.
    Red top, chartruese curly tail bottom work well for that.
