Fishing was great, it was nice day to be bsing with friends. I did not see any fish caught nor did I talk to anyone that caught one. Found a lot of fish on main lake brush piles, could not hold the boat over them. Tried some places out of the wind but could not find fish. Guess they like the wind!

i'm doing good mike, trying to get through this darn winter...think it's just around the corner i hope. just been hanging around sewing up some wild oat's since all i did was fish and fish and fish the entire summer every weekend. i did figure out i'm not that young anymore and it's hard on the wallet and tough on the body:o but i'm stubborn i'll learn one day. pittle in the garage a lot, mainly just fishing related. drove around a couple lake's yesterday and saw that there was'nt if any ice on them. think i'm gonna try and slide out of work early tuesday and wet a line or at least play with my new fishfinder. i'm get'n ready for kansas, you know i'm up for a border raid anytime!:D don't know about the ice but i would think it's get'n close. have'nt fished toronto for prespawn crappie, plan on seeing how it is this year though. we'll hook up as soon as it turn's on. still need to get down your way for some walleye's. the crappie in my freezer are needing some company. hope all is well down in your neck of the wood's buddy!

Hey everybody. I'm been watching and reading what all you have to say for a little while now and finally decided that I would like to become and member. Hopefully I can learn somethings and hope to share some of my experiences. After watching what you all have to say to one another it seems that you are good bunch of guys.

Did want to say that I spent some time on Stockton Sunday. I can't remember a day when the water was as calm as it was in many years. I probably spent four or five hours just running around using my graph and marking some new brush piles with my GPS. I did manage to catch a few Crappie while there though. Only fish I could find were in caught in about 40 foot of water on 1/4 ounce jig (black/green head, with purple body) just off the bottom over a small brush pile. Needless to say I had a great time just being out.

Anyway, I excited to have joined and look forward to getting to know all of you.
