Thanks for the welcome, all. I tried the Gravois access, but that part/arm of the lake was completely frozen over. I have a bridge that I tried with not much luck, but I hope they may turn on by tomorrow morning. If not, I have permission to fish a new pond...I always like investigating a new site.

good job bug's and hippie guy...you da men! i may just see ya next weekend. gotta see what flipper's doing:D gonna be decent all week!
P.S. did your ear's get a workout today?
why do today what you can put off til tomorrow, go fishing instead!!!
Hippie guy was a no show(not a big shocker)so i called a guy thats always asking for fish and he brought his 8y/o son with us so yes my ears did get a work outmy back too from dodging jigs all mornincome on down if the weather don't get crazy limits shouldn't be a problem.
We were limited as to where we could fish but i found a couple of beds out of the wind and caught a few,the majority of the fish came from docks in a protected cove they were laying under em about 3' deep and would nail a jig as it swung by em.....time to hit loz jj's the docks are loading up all over the lake.
First off welcome to cdc........these fish were decent not really pic worthy most were in the 10"-11" range with a few 12" fish, fun but no thumpers in the bunch.
It wasn't very pleasent here either but we avoided it as much as possible......if i go today i'm leaving the boat home and walkin docks.
