I go to LOZ every year with a group of guys that have been meeting on a crappie trip for 30 years. Some have gone on to the great lake in the sky but we all love to fish and drink. Could you give me some details on your pattern and where to fish? I boat with a great guy but he is not much of a fisherman and I am no pro myself.

We fish out of dogwood acres at the 10mm near the Ozark BBQ and we troll the bluffs a lot and fish around porta cima GC I have had luck with the Yums wooly beavertails and road runners. What tubes do you use and what jigs?
    Thanks in ad vance

Mr Baker, When slow trolling I am still pushing baits but at a lot slower speed. Normally structure related. Big John, I never fish that part of the lake but what I can tell you where I normally fish is by this weekend the fish should be really shallow. Cover as much water as possible in a days time and your numbers will increase. I f you are trolling add a little extra weght and speed up just a touch.

Hey, Tab are you guys in that crappie club that puts on the tournament this weekend? I met the guy that ran it last year and he was very helpful.

    John,
If i were fishin that area i'd run up the Gravois the water should be alot cleaner and have less current than the main channel, fish docks and be sure to work the shallow areas between docks and you fellers should have some fun.
