Table Rock is high and muddy it's about 2 1/2' over normal pool and rising. The launch at Cape Fair bridge is covered and the parking lot is shrinking. When will this end........
Slayer, put it in at the State Park ramp. At least it's 6ft there but,,,, there was 2 ft rollers loading. Shallow dipped the trailer and surfed it on. Life jacket and rain gear on. Yes, I was scared and wet!! Not gona try that again anytime soon. It just ain't worth it. Read that a guy drown Saturday at Lone Star Lake when, the boat swamped. Small boat,,,,small lake and life jackets "IN THE BOAT". So sad,,,,,,SO STUPID!!!. <*)}}}><

I spoke with Richard Bowling of Bucksaw Marina this evening. We had planned to go up and fish with him on Sunday:D, however he said "don't bother". He fished today from 7:30 to 1 and had 4 fish. He said the mud line is about 4 inches below the surface. Also there is water coming and going. Nothing tougher than muddy cold unsteady water. Guess we will be waiting another week before getting on the water
JJ....Did you get to go last sunday? Was pretty WINDY
I just KNOW it was a big one!!!
Mike
No we didn't go last weekend. We had thought about driving up to KC and visiting Cabelas, but as it ended up we went out to my wife's dad's house and did a little work. I am itching to go, but the weather hasn't been very kind to us - things have got to change some time - hopefully soon:D!
Was on LOZ today, planted a couple of trees! Water is still totally muddy on the upper Niangua. Water temp was running 45-47 which surprised me some, thought it might be a little lower than that.
