    My thoughts exactly. This is what should happen. They don't show the idiots running out on the field anymore during sporting events. No one does it anymore.
    The answer is not more control as some are already jumping on. If we outlaw guns, only the outlaws will have guns.

    We only live about an hour away..Our prayers are with all those involved! I pray for students everwhere i'm sure anyone attending school today have to wonder..( I agree we have too much NEWS!!!!)

    I used to think that we, here in the Midwest were somewhat isolated from the violent crime that seems to be prevalent on the east and west coast. But between the NIU and the Kirkwood tragedies one week apart, you have to wonder what kind of world we are leaving to our children.

    Let's hope we've experienced just a strange quirk and we won't see these types of incidents for a really long time. In the meantime, we can only pray for those that had loved ones lost in these incidents.
