    Default Gettin' back at it......

Hey Folks, KennyB here. Retired/Disabled railroader here. I love fishing, cooking and sometimes I do some coyote calling. I grew up in central missouri, but my job forced me to the Kansas City area in the early 90's. I got discouraged and sold my boat. I figured I'd get back into the fishing when I retired. Well it happened a few years sooner then I thought due to a back injury. I'm planning on buying another boat this spring and take up where I left off all those years ago.
I like to fish for about anything that bites but love to catch crappie, walleye and hybrids. I live in Pleasant Hill, so I'll be hitting Truman pretty hard I expect, maybe eventually move down to the Table Rock/Bull Shoals area. Well I'm tying some old school crappie jigs today so I better get back to it if I hope to get many tied. Later
    KennyB

Hi all, Name is Brad. I do sales and have 3 kids and a wonderful wife(lets me out to get some fishing done). I have been fishing mostly Truman for the past 12 years. Still have not bought a boat yet but that is in the works(budget and economy). Love the site and I am amazed when Missouri has 50 to 75 people logged in every time I look! Hope to fish with some of you all soon.

Hi, folks! I'm Vic from Liberty. I fish mostly at Smithville, but venture out to Truman, LOTO, and occasionally over into Kansas. I guess I would call myself a newbie.....pounding the banks in the spring, and frustrated the rest of the year! So I'd like to learn more about finding fish at different times of the year, and how to find better fish. I fish a lot during the week because I work evenings, so I can get out and fish mornings....Looking forward to talking and meeting up with some of you.

Hey, I'm Dave, nevermind the screen name, it doesn't mean anything. I'm 27, and live in Blue Springs with my wife, two step-daughters, and one daughter on the way. I am an Automation Support Specialist for a pharmaceutical distribution center near KCI. I tend to flop back and forth through the year from white bass to crappie, and sprinkle in a little large/smallmouths in there as well.

I fish Jacomo and Longview quite a bit, but will be expanding more to Smithville, since work puts me up that direction anyhow :D I've also been found around Truman, especially around Deepwater area and Pomme arm. Sometimes chasing whites up the King's river on Table Rock. I currently have a 1976 Lowe 14v with an old 9.9, so I'm fairly limited with where I feel comfortable, but hopefully that changes before next season.

Anyway, I'm at Jacomo quite a bit, so if you see a long-haired, tattoo'ed kid who drives a Quadrasteer, feel free to introduce yourself!
