Talk to Barn. No damage at his house.
I'm draggin' today with the up and down the steps. We had four siren warnings and I didn't screw around with these storms. Took the family and the pets down to the basement.

My first task in the basement is to complete a bedroom though. Draggin' 140 lbs worth of sleeping kids down the steps at 3:00am is not easy. Plus we have almost no protection from the windows through the stud walls.
Gotta get that done first for sure.

Glad to hear Beagle is all right. He is in that little Tornado alley that seems to run through Clever, Cassville and the surrounding areas.

Every thing is ok here we had sirens going of all night and the wind and rain and hail was fierce at times. At around 3am the wind started to pick up and we had a door to our deck open the wife got up to close it and it was blowing so hard i had to help her. I dont want to see weather like that again it scares a person to death. Glad to herar every one else is ok and kicking this morning. I'll be off line for a while got to take this computer in for fixing. Talk to you later and be safe out there today.

Glad everyone is safe.Like baller said, snowing some big flakes north of KC right now, ground about covered again.

I've lived in a lot of states up and down the eastern seaboard-every one has said "Don't like the weather?Give it an hour"

Think its really true about Mo.-we keep our old "Hurricane"footchest from Fl. in our basement now-won't do ya much good from a cat-5 hurricane or a f-5 tornado, but makes the wife and kids feel safe that Pepas prepared.

    Thumbs up

We are good . No damage to the house or belongings . There were trash dumpsters everywhere in the subdivision where we live and basketball goals turned every which direction and things that looked like those plastic play houses laying everywhere and also a few privacy fences laying flat on the ground but nothing amiss at our house. Thank you Lord!! We live between Springfield and Republic. We spent the whole night watching the news on the TV and watching the radar with storm after storm coming right up I44 (we are just south of I44 and north of 60 Hwy). The storm that came through around 3 or 3:30 was the worse of all the others . Our little dog got scared/excited and managed to scratch Mrs JJ cornea . She went to the doctor today, but not serious damage. He told her she would be recovered in a couple of days.

Glad to hear that everyone else is ok. Stuff can be repaired or replaced.
