Where do the filets go
Folks see my pics and ask often what do you do with all those filets? I have quite a few folks who love fresh fish but r either unable to get out fishing anymore or don't know how. So I make sure they have some.
Near my cabin or condo have folks who take care of or watch out for my places so keep them supplied. Some will come by when I call to pick them up right off the lake and clean them as well.
I do several big fish fries as well. Last night it was our turn to host our small group from church. They love when it's our turn as they know there will be a big pile of FRESH FILETS for them and they will bring all the fixings.
Other times will host fries at our condo for neighbors. I don't keep them around very long as folks want them.
