    Wanted to make sure my wife had another big meal of sautéed trout with all the fixings. When your wife never has an appetite and you see her dive into something u make and have clean plate it's a real joy for me.

    Looks good and I know it makes you feel good too knowing your wife loves it. Make you want to go catch those trout more often.

    it does. when the weather is icky and you tend to hang around the house does motivate me to get out. Or when folks are calling asking if I have some crappie for them, which I do but then need to restock.
