    Default Bonus weekend deer

MO added two extra weekends of deer hunting hoping to reduce population and car/deer accidents. Well buddy of mine killed several off a friend's property that had too many and next to busy road. Didn't need the meat and knowing my son processed them and has friends who need the protein stopped by and dropped these to my son who happened to be at my place. He had tagged them and gutted them.

Gave one to his BIL who had to work and could only hunt one morning and had taken only a button buck. He and my daughter were very glad for meat.

Rest he cuts up makes lot of burger. With the crazies who r running things and inflation driving prices to crazy levels he helps out a lot of folks.

As folks who hunt numbers r going down more of us need to help keep deer population in chk.

Those are young deer inner tenderloin coated in Italian breadcrumbs mixed w garlic, Parmigiano cheese and parsley. Sautéed in butter and olive oil. Gourmet meal.Name: Resized_20231126_141451.jpg

This buddy is one I can call and he will come over and pick up a bucket o crappie from me quite a few times a year so it's a symbiotic deal.

Mine might if he wasn’t stationed overseas. My daughter actually don’t hunt but likes the processing part. She’s a nurse so hopefully you don’t make her mad!
