Got up Sunday Morning and forecast looked pretty good, max 35% change of light rain - Yeah Right! Got Dumped on but was up North and looked way worse South so I stayed.

But I did manage to find some random way nicer fishes in the downpour! Kept 7- 3 real nice ones but two had to work to make them touch the 9 inch line.

They'll be going to a good home. Our Sales Manger is from CA and has never tried Crappie. That will end for him and his wife tonight.

Some good ones. I would be surprised if your sales manager doesn't like crappie. Very tasty fish

Your still fishing in this heat and wind?

I tried tossing noodles while we grilled and swam, but this is all I caught.

Dealing with clearing out brothers estate back and forth from Minneapolis all summer for me. Wish I was fishing that's my reason for not posting. I know others are fishing but do not see many posts. Good to read yours though.

Got a text last night thanking me for the fish and saying I made a believer out of two people from CA. They said very tasty fish!
