Congrats, again, Jared! And thanks for posting it out here for us non-Facebooker's to appreciate.

Most people have to go to Mississippi to gain entrance into the 3# club!

Or...if you're keeferfish, you have to make 25 trips to catch 15 fish in order to hit 3# (if you weigh them all together)!!

Jared, you use Slabsauce or G-Sauce?

Definitely a big one...Great catch.

I always am using something and 99% of the time it’s garlic. I’ve always used Bang spray for hand tied jigs and any hard baits when bass fishing. For bass plastics I use Smelly Jelly in the large jar. But have tried about every kind of scent you can think of. I have always said I don’t think it matters what you are using but to use something. It’s more of a cover scent as much as anything.

Except someone in your boat proved Gas does not make a good cover scent!

Oh man!!!!! So it’s one thing to get slammed because of an odiferous oversight…it’s another thing to get a text inviting you to read said “slammage”!!!!
