Default Dawned still and not much going on

No shots at all on perfect morning. Perfect for fishing! So after 45 minutes headed back and hit the lake. Slow at first then I picked up a few in usual spots deeper water. Then it was time for something completely different and started yossing a jig into open water away from brush or rocks and KABOOM hit!

Lost my original jig pink and chartreuse joker in brush so went to 2nd rod w Bobby Garland jig in Chad color. Started hitting on almost every toss and soon had bucket full and a limit.

Before this saw my buddy denzil at fish cleaning station and he had a nice limit while fishing rip rap on causeway. As we were only guys after crappie it was nice.

Bass fisher dude on boat told me water temperature was 53 big drop from last week.

Was fishing 8 to 10 fow counting down 5 then slow retrieve on tight line. Or in brush dipping around or penduluming and swimming jig.

Now back to original programming and on my deer cushion overlooking creek bottom. Stay tuned for results.Name: 20221113_112751.jpg

I got my crew the fresh crappie they crave. When I was ready to start battering filets foolishly asked how many? In unison they said ALL OF THEM!
