    talked to mac yesterday and he was still exhausted from eating way too much and having fun with in laws and his sister without leaving the house they rented. just couldn't get much action with all those shad all around his dock. what would You all do if that situation arose. I have seen it myself when dock I was working was suddenly surrounded by clouds of shad balls.

    Tried to toss a jig and let it go down underneath the ball but havn't ever had success. What method has worked for you all?

    The method of not knowing what to do. Never fished for those tasty creatures before.
    Actually the tried n true method of getting lucky. Lol
    We were fishing for bass by some bluffs n caught some on crank baits. Good luck n keep us posted.
