    Default Whetstone creek conservation area

Could only guess how many years it has been since I fished the 2 main lakes. North end of biggest lake has an access( gravel).
I used to splash a canoe in and fish to the south end. Drag canoe up and over the bank to the smaller south lake. I’ would fish it awhile then go in reverse fishing towards where I started.
My prime quarry was bluegill. Also caught a few green trout and catfish.Very few ( just occasional) crappie.
Go fish those pretty little lakes and enjoy yourself. Make some memories.
    Good Luck.
