Went to LSL to check 9n some Friends with covid and pick up deer back straps and ground my son had ready. Friends are recovering after week but still weak.

Stopped by late shore and tossed bobber and jig out. Friend had did well last week there but slow for crappie. Did hook into a large bucket mouth for a bit around 6 lbs but got off after while. THAT was fun plus another keeper size later released. Did ketch one real nice one and kept couple others to keep whole, scale and put on grill scored.

Started out at trout lake for an hour but nothing happened so went on to ketch crappie. Like it when u have options.

Did get to visit with my buddy Tom. He had his limit from trout lake earlier. Didn't get but one dink from this lake. Always good to see him as he knows lakes much better than I. Name: 20211227_170733.jpg
