Close to shore

Went to a spot on the rocks at T hill where they like to spawn and picked a few on jigs. Other spots they use a lot nada. So this weather has some with tuxedos on ready for the prom but most unsure if it's time yet. Good fish 9 to 12 inches and just sweeping my rod back and forth 2 to 4 feet off bank in couple fow.

fishing from the bank so no idea Temp but water high and chocolate milky. Went back yesterday and Nada on banks STILL even with the Full moon. even the best fisherman I know there had an empty basket and that is rare.
