Nice BIG Fish!
I realize this trip wasn’t on a MO lake but I am a MO fisherman so thought it would count for something. I always wanted to fish Grenada so met up with with an old friend of mine from Oklahoma and DIY’d it for a couple days. We fished hard both days and it was tough but we managed a few really nice fish. The biggest ones being 1.85, 2.25 and 2.35. There were a bunch of pros pre-fishing the Crappiemasters event this weekend and most of them were seeing a tough bite as well. We caught a few rigging and a few single poling. Those fish are huge and we didn’t really get any big ones for that lake. I will say it was difficult releasing 11-12 inch fish. I will be going back again.

Nice BIG Fish!
It IS rough putting back an 11.5 in fish! Down there it costs too much if you don't! Plenty of them over 12". Looks like a good time!

GFY and you can post anything you like! We MO guys do roam around on occasion and it's all good! WTG and getting into those size ones makes up for having to release eating size fish.
Good for you. When we went lots of 11.75 fish hard to find 12s. And it's funny a 10mph wind will sink your boat.
Thinking about going down the first week of April for my first trip, Crappie Masters winning weight yesterday was 21.92 for 7 fish. 3.13 average. Crazy.
Going to rough it at a campground for a week.
