Default No Crappie today but that’s ok

Spent the day in the woods with my son. Don’t have an exact count but these added up to 62. Also ran into some of the local residents.Name: IMG_2041.jpg

    A very good day.
I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
The fishing is always great. The catching varies.

Nice Jeff and that's a big bowl full! Some biguns in there as well. they closed off the areas I look for in STL county but look forward to roaming the woods during Turkey season for them. WTG

Not bad, get outside for a little exercise and come home with some delicious mushrooms.

Wow that is great. I'm jealous... I started trying to find Morel's near me. I'm new to mushroom hunting and have a lot to learn. I've been twice for about 6 hours looking and found nothing I'll keep looking.

These were down by Truman in a draw. Halfway up the hill in cedars mixed with big hardwoods. Would usually find them at the base of a hardwood tree but only 2-5 in a spot.
