Lucky!!!

I went fishing with a couple of buddies today. This was my first boat trip since before my surgery. Sam brought his boat around 7 n we loaded up. We drove over to Carlyle lake about an hour from my house. Took interstate 64 all the way to our turn off

About 15 miles from the lake. All
Of a sudden we thought we had a flat. Wrong. The left front wheel sheared the lug bolts n lug nuts n was rolling down the road ahead of us.
Talk about luck. No accident no injuries.

I had a single axle pop up wheel pass me. The tire was my first sign of trouble. Amazingly nothing got so much as a scratch. Only had to buy new lug nuts. Scary stuff. Glad your story ended well too!

Always seems like the first couple of trips after boat/trailer sits all winter is when fun stuff like that happens lol... tires, wheel bearings, trailer lights, etc u name it, it’s all happened to me ��
