    Water is up and rising. Not a single person fishing. Well I did 9 cast just so I could say I fished today

    I was hoping that they were starting to catch fish there and thinking about trying it tomorrow, but think I will hold off now. I suspect all of the water that they are running out of Stockton is affecting the fishing on the river like it is affecting the fishing on the lake.

    I've been there three times, the only fish I seen being caught were bluegill and small crappie. Maybe I was there at the wrong time.
