Couldn't of asked for a better three day stretch in November. The weather was mild and the bite was red hot. Monday and Tuesday I hit the Gravois and had a quick limit both days with some real hawgs mixed in. Both days I only fished three deep bluff docks with my typical slip cork rig (10ft jigging pole, 15lb braid, Rod n Bob's bobber stop, aberdeen hook laced with a minnow) set 7 to 10 feet deep. I did mess around on the main channel on the way back to the cabin (3mm) and still got bit. I breifly messed around with the bass and caught a nice one on an A-rig, oh and of course lost a monster. Wednesday I partnered up with Crappiejoe12 and fished at my uncle's condo. Both of us got a limit but smaller fish. We were dropping minnows and the crappie were about 10 feet down to right under the docks. I was gonna fish today but the heat was out at my house so I had to head back a day early; however I consider a simple $200 repair on a 25 year old furnace a small victory.
