Depends on what part you want to fish, it's a big lake. I've used a few of these and all are nice. Ruark is steep if high water is an issue but maybe a local can help.

Crank pulling is the most productive right now.
Masters and Cedar Ridge are the best ramps that I know of with the high water. Most others are open but the docks may be pulled out.
I have been using the ramp at Crab Tree Cove. You do have to wade to launch and may have all 4 tires in the water. The crappie are scattered, but fishing can be good when you find them and that changes day to day. I am no help at the walleye bite. I found them 2 weeks ago, but no luck now.
You can put in at Cedar Ridge without getting wet and you can use the courtesy dock. I've been rigging double minnows 20-25 ft in 35 fow. Halfway back in the coves have been best. Fish are real scattered for me though.
