In the early spring right after ice out nothing works like a hair jig. I keep them in my pack and have tried to tie them.
Who on here uses tied jigs? Marabou, chenille, or tinsel!

I use marabou or chenille with some tensile for the tied jigs

Love em
I have a few of them on hand for when nothing else is working and they can save your day. too precious to use in general as I am too frugal. LOL.
with your paint set up barry and lots of time on your hands you should be able to tie up some nice hair and shiny stuff jigs.
Got all of them, use year round,
Got some beautiful hair jigs from CrappieDreamer. They're too pretty, I'm afraid of losing them.
