What type of cranks are you pulling? I just picked up the bad habit of pulling cranks. Flicker shad in a #7 size is all I have used so far here on Truman since I am trying to figure out some walleye also. I think I will probably add a bunch of Arkie 350’s to my line up next to be more Crappie specific. Have a good friend that trolls year round on LOZ using both sizes of Arkie cranks depending on what the fish are doing. He swears by them and they can be bought cheap and have lots of colors.

Tink that is the way I use to do it on Truman. Pushed them out the front of the boat with 2 oz weights. I am now pulling out the back of the boat long lining. I have thought about pushing 4 off the front and pulling 4-6 off the back. I’ll have to try some more of the purple baits. I think Purple Tiger and Uncle Rico are the ones I have. I’ve been doing good up here on one called LimeChromenand a FlashyShad in a pearl color. Can’t wait to come camp at Stockton and do some pulling.
