Default What a difference a day makes.

Should have been here yesterday was the problem. After a great day on Sunday Paul and I went Monday I guess the high water, stained water and release of water got us. Great day to be out little wind marking fish warmer temps. But not much of a bite and most of the folks at the boat ramp agreed. Ended up with enough for supper which is always good and better than that a day out and about with a great friend.Name: IMG_2631.jpg

I’m going to try to go Friday but I’d like to avoid the stained water best I can. I usually fish Linn Creek area but I’m thinking I may go on up to Shawnee Bend. If I can ask where did you all fish out of and did you happen to see any other areas of the lake?

I fished out of the Gravois arm when I ran up to Indian creek it was really starting to be stained. The closer to the dam the clearer the water. Another thing that may have changed the bite is they had the water rolling out of bagnal when we left.

Sevens are good. I was hoping that the fish bite was on again. We got more rain coming so we will have to see what happens this week.

You went fishing, caught some fish. Excellent day!
I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
The fishing is always great. The catching varies.
