    Sparse is the key. Just enough hair that you can still read a newspaper through it.
    That gives the effect of translucency and fools them into eating it.

    Do you strip that back to you? ie what’s the best way to fish that fly?

    I use long slow strips with this fly. Every now and then i will speed it up like a crawfish patern
