    Default Saturday 04.08 Report


    Awesome weather today to get out! 78°F but WINDY.

    Power-raked/de-thatched the entire front and back lawn and put down 50# of new grass seed. Sharpened the blades on both lawnmowers. Refilled the propane tank for the grill. Cleaned out both the shed and the garage.

    Woulda been a great day on the water, I'm sure. Wish I coulda been with all you who made the trip out fishing today. Had to have been better than what I did.

    Well...all the same, glad it's done. Ready to go now!!

    Maybe this will help Joe...Smithville report 04.08. Water temp 52, wind-too much, got beat up by the wind for 4hrs and skunked. This report covers my 2 prior trips to the Ville, just change water temp and wind speed. Today it's honeydo.net, right after I go to beerstore.get.

    I turned the honeydo list upside down, charged the batteries and prepared for battle with the wind. The fish played their part and a good day was had.

    I put a great day of fishing with biguns landed but we had to come home as my friend had a wedding to go to saturday and it was killing me as the males had their tuxedo's on and were ready to dance. Now home, facing cutting grass and getting to that landscaping project my wife wants done. Dang but at least I got fishing in first, so can't complain.
