Thread: Windsor crossing/Truman Lake question

Wondering if anyone has made a trip that way lately. I am taking a trip to Truman on Thur but didn't want any surprises with an iced over lake. Any reports would be appreciated.


Also, I had my truck broken into last time I went up to Windsor Crossing. They didn't get anything out of my vehicle but just as reminder; remember to take any valuables out of your truck at those secluded ramps. They popped the key lock on my Silverado with a screw driver to gain access, which is a popular method on the previous style of Silverado. Just a heads up!

Hate to hear your truck was broken into. Seems you hear that every year about this time when the ramps are in light use. Sparrowfoot has had that going on also.
I think I would like to set up a little sting operation on one of them and teach some little fellas the error in their ways.
