    Default Jeff and Gordon-jigs or minnows?


    Gordon and got a late start today but were on the water before noon. Same pattern as Gordon has been fishing but a little deeper. Gordon with a minnow on orange jig and long pole. I fished plastic jig under a bobber about 16 inches. Bluegrass and red/chartreuse was all I tried. Both worked well all afternoon off the water by 6pm with 2 limits all over 10 inches but nothing over 13 inches. Had one nice catfish to go with them.

    Nice catch. Surprised to see so many dead fish in the live well. Pretty easy to keep crappie spunky this time of year.
