    Fresh buffalo is good eating. Have eaten several. If you freeze it you won't eat it !!!! Freezing turns it bitter and very strong taste.

    Buffalo big selling fish where I live! Trammel net them in missippi and Illinois River!
    my better halph would rather have Buffalo sandwhich than crappie.
    Dont hold that against me.
