    Default big niangua fish locators

The wife and I will be down in the big niangua area this weekend and Being a novice at fishing for crappie i was thinking that I would try the brush piles that MDC puts out using the Find MO Fish app . Has anyone used this app , how accurate is it ? Any other suggestions would also be greatly appreciated

I have used it some on Pomme de Terre and its close to spot on. What I like about the app is the regs on all the different lakes. Easy to look at if something is legal or not.

They have been very close for me also. HINT...Usually the higher the number the newer they are. Some of the low number ones on Pomme are long gone.

I have never fished them myself. Most of them are on the main channel so you will want to get out about daylight and fish until about 10-11:00 it will start getting rough from boat traffic around that time.

There is less boat traffic up the Little Niangua and I have been doing decent fishing docks there the last couple weekends. Good Luck.
