Thread: Need help finding a new lake house Please

Found a house in Indian Creek that I will be buying with my side of the family (the sane ones). Will hopefully close on it in the next couple weeks and will need to get a dock put on it ASAP. The water gets about 20 feet deep at 30 feet from the bank, then drops off to about 40 feet deep - should prove to be good fishing! Just need to cut down a forest of cedars to get the underwater city going.

Sane side or not, I'd get some rules and agreements set in writing and registered at the county recorder's office. It would be worth the small fee a lawyer would charge. And possibly save major heartburn later.
Just sayin'.
