Purvis 12-4-14

Rough go at Purvis for me. Worked hard for 9 but did have some solid fish,... turned them all loose. Best bite was bumping brush 10 to 15 feet deep. Did get some fish shooting/slinging a dock in 45 fow. Also tried a condo dock with no success, and jigging boat wells produced a couple. Used a black n char tube on 1/8 oz head mostly. Also spider rigged a bluff no fish but not my forte. Water temp was 44, I know there is good fish to be had in the winter but I might, I SAID MIGHT, be done for awhile. I know I am done with Power Pro Super Slick worst line I've ever used, which is odd bc I like Power Pro original.

Been wanting to fish that area but after your report i believe i'll stay put.

its not as round and digs in my reel and creates tangles. also does not cast very well or come off the spool good. just doesn't work well for me, but Power Pro original is awesome
