Crank baits on Mark Twain

Anybody pulling cranks on Twain yet?

Had good luck last year starting round this time

just left twain Saturday. I don't pull crankbaits, but the fish are still spawning if that helps you any. everything we caught was 5 feet down or less in 6 to 12 foot of water.

Different every year..... as you mentioned, we started yankin cranks this time last year and it was really effective. I'm out of town but my Dad went yesterday and flat wore them out anywhere from the bank to 10' of water on the trees. Needless to say, they haven't stacked on the channels yet so I think your crankbait bite would be hit or miss. I'd say about another month and they'll be there for ya.
