couple firsts today

fished kincaid lake in southern illinois this morn. caught probably 30 dinks kept 7. caught my first magnolia crappie today which was pretty cool and actually caught him and another at the same time same rod. hi-light of the day was my partner was pulling up about a 6-7" crappie and as it hit the surface about a 40"+ muskie smoked it. we didnt land the muskie, which would've likely been a disaster spider rigging 14' poles, but it was the first muskie ive ever seen and it was pretty exciting. he tore that dink up pretty good too.

Congrats and enjoy. When I fish Pomme I always wonder when one will bite has not happened yet. Kind of miss the northerns and muskies.
