This is what worked for me this past year, particularly in Spring and Fall ... both from boat and off docks at LOZ ... I fish around the 8MM and Gravois Arm. Best baits were Slab buster, chartreuse and white, garlic flavor; Bass Pro Shop Bumble Bee in Black and Pink; Lake Fork Baby Shad in Pink an White; Bobby Garland Baby Shad in Blue and White, Electric Chicken, and Black and Pink. Caught a lot of 12 - 14 inch crappie on these, both vertical jigging and casting to the shore. Hope this helps ... GOOD LUCK!

already a couple of good suggestions. I will add that my 3 best colors are bobby garland baby shad in tuxedo shimmer, blue pearl and white and chartruese in slab buster. As springhill stated different days for different colors.
