All COE ramps are closed, however all state park ramps are open - Hermitage, Pittsburg, etc... plus all gravel road/concrete slabs. Crappie are doing well, caught my limit yesterday in a few hours. Used jigs - blue, chart, pink. Fished standing timber on Pomme arm. Brad

Ditto what Shockley said, except for the catching fish part. State Park Ramps are open, as is The Harbor, and most resorts have a ramp that is open to the public although phone call and asking nicely is often appreciated by them. Some are suitable for larger/heavier boat launching some are not unless you have 4WD.
