    Default x135 upgrade

I'm thinking of upgrading to the Lowrance X135 from my old Eagle 128. Does anyone have one and how do you like it. I'm looking for a more accurate unit so that I don't have to assume too much about what the graph is showing. I'm trying to keep in the $400 dollar range. Thanks for any advice.

The 135 is a good graph, partner has one. Jimbo you might want to call Lowrance?Eagle direct and see if they will allow you to trade in your old graph for a voucher. That'll give you a little more money to spend on you graph if they do. I used it for my 102C and 332C saved about $200 of the total price.

crappiencali. I have the 102C & 332C setup too. Could there be a better combo?? Love mine and will always have color from now on. Had the 135 and traded it in with Lowrance. What a company!! <*)}}}><

Never even though they would take a trade in. I also have a Lowrance X51 new that came on my boat when I bought. I'll give them a call and see. Thanks for the help.

Eagle/Lowrance is one heck of company. Crappie Chatt I agree you can't beat that combo.

    Jimbo,

My new 06 Ranger was rigged with a an x135 I have used it for a liitle over a month now and I love it I have used several other eagle/lowrance models and by far the x135 is superior to all of the units I have used screen resolution and detail are excellent. Let me know if yau have any questions I can go out and puch buttons on it if there is anything you might need to know.

What do you do to get a voucher, just call them ? Do you have to talk to a special, send in your old unit or what, a few more details please?

They wouldn't give much at all for the X-51 and nothing for the Eagle. I'm still leaning toward the X135. I don't think I need the color, just good graphics. Thanks for the responses though.

Go to the website and get the number. When you call talk to the Service Dept. and they will tell you what to do. If your graph is fairly old all they will want is the serial number. If its a newer graph they may have you send it in. While you send it in they will mail out the voucher. Usually takes a few days to get. Then once you get it find a Lowrance dealer and order the graph you want. Put it in and go catch some SLABS........
