Alex, that was a GREAT tale of your highly legendary exploits........................but come up pale in comparison to Ol' Windy!! My ol pappy is hard to beat. But still a great story.

Put in at the Little Platte. Ice was thick. Looked like around 6-8". As i started out, the ice broke and parted all the way to Shady Hollow Cove. Fishing was OK. Hooked the boat up and headed home. All-in-all, had an OK day at the lake.

Then................................I woke up from my afternoon nap.

I must admit I don't know Alex but this really cracked me up as I got on here this morning looking for a report on Smithville. Love it when we have fun telling stories
Just so you will know I spent at least 10 minutes trying to unlock someone else truck a week or so ago at Smithvile getting ready to load my buddies boat. I had parked his truck which is white and apparently some else with a white truck parked next me. Couldn't figure out why that dang ford key wouldn't fit in a dodge. After looking around I finally figured out I walked up to the wrong truck,hey they were both white, what the heck!

I've done that a time or two myself
