Default Super slow today at Smithville Sunday

Hey Everyone. We tried the brush piles and timber around Camp Branch today for quite some time. We used minnows and various jigs, heavy artillery, mini-cranks, you name it. Between 3 of us, we caught 5 fish (one keeper) in about 5 hours. Ouch. Beautiful day though.

My one fish was about a 10 inch greenie.

I really think it was the effects of Isaac that slowed them down. That's a really big pressure difference and word is that really turns 'em off. I know it did my first wife!!!

Smithville....when it gets tough it just gets tough. 5's better than 0! Better luck next time.
