Two days at the Wier
Started out Sat. up the Grand with not much luck. Picked some up here and there, so decided to pull out and head down to main lake and hit the Wier. Got into fish right away. Two mornings fishing results in a great fish fry. Alot of fish to be caught. All on jigs, seen some fishing with minnows but slow.

I fished the Weir Saturday nite with lmt1984 and we were on them util they turned it off. Then we couldn't steal a bite. How deep were they over there if you dont mind me askin? Thanks for the report and good pics.

Danny W, we usually sit right on top of the wier and cast out to the front bringing our jigs back slowly following the slope. All our bites come from about 20ft to 15ft. Don't see many boats casting, but it sure works for us.
