    Default not crappie but fun


    Well the crappie been slow so Ive been catching these puppies of the deck on corn soaked in strawberry pop. I am not for sure but think they are buffalo, someone enlighten me on what they are.

    Hard to tell for sure from photo but yes it does resemble a buffalo. Looks lie he had a ton of fun, nice job!

    Buffalo! Fillet that hog like you would a crappie, then cut out the rib section. Separate the ribs into 2 bone chunks, coat with Andy's breading and fry.

    Some of the best eating fish there is. The rest of the meat is way too bony to do anything with except maybe pickle, but those ribs are solid gold, only bones are the ribs themselves.
