For the 'eyes, pulling cranks is probably your best bet, but I have yet to pattern those toothy critters on Twain........

I troll cranks a lot on twain and have still never caught one. I am sure some day I will sooner or later.... but my buddy caught a nice one there several years ago. I heard they really don't stock twain with em any more because the shad spawn at twain has been hit and miss through the years and walleyes are he!! on shad.
